These two sea turtles have featured in some of my other works as well, most notably on their own \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003eindividual surfboard paintings. \"Underwater Garden\" pays homage to the relationship between my Nanna Emmie and her first husband George. My Nanna has played a pivotal role throughout my life and I am still mourning her loss in 2022. I never got to meet George as he had passed before I was born but I was inspired by my Nanna's stories of him to represent both their strength and resilience in \"Underwater Garden\", and also the idea that they are together again somewhere beautiful.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis large scale original artwork would make a beautiful addition to any living or work space. It can be hung immediately as it has been framed with a beautiful oak float frame to add even more impact.
